TOASTED HONEY NUTS

The toasted honey nuts are very easy to make. Scramble the nut mix with the honey and a pinch of coarse sea salt
in a small bowl. Put a frying pan on high heat and briefly fry the nuts until the honey starts to caramelise.

TASTY BREAKFAST: LOW-FAT COTTAGE CHEESE, GRANOLA

Granola is a good idea to start the day with anyway, but this way it becomes a complete treat. Fill a bowl with low-fat cottage cheese, a handful of
granola, some toasted honey nuts and possibly fresh fruit.

FOR ON THE DRINKS BOARD: HONEY NUTS WITH A WARM
GOAT CHEESE

Heat a soft goat cheese in the oven briefly on grill setting or sear the cheese with a crème brûlée burner. Meanwhile, toast the nuts. Put it immediately on the cocktail table with grapes and rye crackers.
