RYE BREAD AND EGGS WITH BACON

Preparation

  1. Beat the eggs with milk and the tabasco.
  2. Cut the bacon into strips, the onion into rings and the tomatoes into wedges.
  3. Fry this together in a frying pan until the tomato softens a little and the onion turns light brown.
  4. Add the egg mixture, turn down the heat a little and put a lid on the pan.
  5. After a few minutes, slide the omelette onto the inside of the lid and flip it over in the pan.
  6. Let the omelette cook for a few more minutes and eat it deliciously with rye bread.
