NUT BREAD WITH BRIE

Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 200o C.
- Remove the walnut bread from its tray and carefully slice it diagonally. Do not cut to the bottom, as the bread will fall apart.
- Cut the brie into strips and divide between the notches.
- Put the bread back in its basket.
- Rub the olive oil over the top of the bread and brie and sprinkle the thyme on top. Bake the bread for 15 minutes or until the brie starts to colour and melt. Serve immediately.
- Also delicious with nut bread. Then spread some honey over the top before the bread goes into the oven.
