RECIPE: BUN WITH SALMON AND AVOCADO

Preparation

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and spoon out the flesh into a bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice and cut the avocado into strips. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spread a layer of cream cheese on the rusk ball or bun.
  4. Divide the avocado evenly between the sandwiches.
  5. Place the smoked salmon on top of the avocado.
  6. Add some arugula, fried bacon or spinach for extra flavour and crunch, if desired. Garnish with capers or dill if you like.
