Preparation

  1. Line a baking tin (with raised rim) with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 190°C.
  2. Defrost the croissants and roll them loose. Roll the dough flat with a rolling pin. Cut out six rectangles.
  3. Spread the dough slices with mustard and top each slice with 2 slices of ham and 2 slices of cheese.
  4. Roll this up and cut each roll into thirds (a little difference in size makes it playful!)
  5. Place the rolls cut side up, close together, on the baking tray.
  6. Spread with the spray butter and sprinkle with poppy seeds. Bake the 'swirls' for about 20 minutes until cooked and golden brown.
