Tip: Instead of linea and mozzarella, you can take old cheese, nice and tangy!

- Top one slice with the avocado, sliced mozzarella, linea slices and spinach leaves.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the other slice on top and press the sandwich a little.
- Spread both sides with low-fat margarine.
- Fry the sandwich in a frying pan over medium to low heat.
- The sandwich is ready when the mozzarella is melted and it is nicely golden brown on both sides.
