Preparation
- Bake the rustic sticks.
- Cut the onions into rings and two bacon pieces into strips.
- Fry this together until the bacon is crispy and the onions are caramelised.
- Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard.
- spiralise a bacon around each sausage.
- Fry the sausages in a grill pan until nicely browned all around.
- Cut open the sticks and top with the lettuce, sausages, onion mixture and sauce
