- Boil the egg for about 6 minutes until hard.
- Cut the cucumber, tomato and egg into small pieces and mix them with the mayo, yoghurt and salt and pepper. (This prevents the vegetables from drying out)
- Spread 1 slice with this vegetable-egg spread. Place the chicken breast on top.
- Repeat and put the last slice on top. Press slightly and cut diagonally.
