CLUB SANDWICH

Preparation

  1. Boil the egg for about 6 minutes until hard.
  2. Cut the cucumber, tomato and egg into small pieces and mix them with the mayo, yoghurt and salt and pepper. (This prevents the vegetables from drying out)
  3. Spread 1 slice with this vegetable-egg spread. Place the chicken breast on top.
  4. Repeat and put the last slice on top. Press slightly and cut diagonally.
