FRENCH TOAST WITH BAKED APPLES

  1. Mix the milk with the eggs and whisk together.
  2. Cut the apples into nice thin slices (with skin is nicer and healthier, but if you don't like that then peel the apples) and stir them through the cinnamon and sugar.
  3. Put two frying pans with a generous knob of butter on medium heat. In one pan, fry the apples.
  4. Pass the bread slices through the egg mixture. Fry them in the other pan on both sides until nicely golden brown.
  5. Eat immediately when hot! Serve with the baked apples.
