HOT DOG BACON AND ONIONS RECIPE

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Bake the rustic sticks.
  2. Cut the onions into rings and two bacon pieces into strips.
  3. Fry this together until the bacon is crispy and the onions are caramelised.
  4. Mix the mayonnaise, yoghurt and mustard.
  5. spiralise a bacon around each sausage.
  6. Fry the sausages in a grill pan until nicely browned all around.
  7. Cut open the sticks and top with the lettuce, sausages, onion mixture and sauce
