- Mash the avocado until smooth and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cut the red onion into thin rings.
- Mix the sriracha sauce and mayonnaise.
- Heat the crisps.
- Cut the buns in half and grill them briefly in a grill pan with the inside facing down.
- Spread one half with the avocado and top with the knakworst, red onion, sauce and jalapeños.
