QUICK PASTA WITH CROUTONS

Preparation

  1. Cook the spaghetti until tender.
  2. Cut the sausage into small cubes and fry in olive oil.
  3. Add the onion and squeeze in the garlic cloves.
  4. Add the tomatoes and fry briefly on high heat.
  5. Chop the basil and red pepper small and add.
  6. Turn down the heat and add the cream. Let simmer for a very short time and then stir in the pasta.
  7. Serve on a deep plate with crumbled croutons for the delicious crunch.
