QUICK PASTA WITH CROUTONS

- Cook the spaghetti until tender.
- Cut the sausage into small cubes and fry in olive oil.
- Add the onion and squeeze in the garlic cloves.
- Add the tomatoes and fry briefly on high heat.
- Chop the basil and red pepper small and add.
- Turn down the heat and add the cream. Let simmer for a very short time and then stir in the pasta.
- Serve on a deep plate with crumbled croutons for the delicious crunch.
