VALENTINE'S BREAKFAST

  1. Poke hearts out of sandwiches with a biscuit cutter and make toast (with jam), or sandwiches with salmon, ham/cheese, cucumber, avocado, cream cheese... Make it up as you go along.
  2. Really going all out for your Valentine? Then make heart-shaped French toast. Cut 8 hearts out of 4 slices of (white) bread.
  3. Beat an egg with a dash of milk.
  4. Pass the hearts through the egg mixture and fry in a knob of butter until golden brown.
  5. Sprinkle with cane sugar and some cinnamon, if desired. Enjoy!
