Recipe: cheese fondue

Preparation

  1. Rub the pan with garlic. Pour the wine into the pan and heat it up.
  2. Mix the flour, nutmeg and pepper into the grated cheese. Add this cheese mixture little by little to the warm wine and keep stirring well so that it melts evenly.
  3. Serve with the bread cubes, pickles and a green salad.
