VITELLO TOSTADO
Pour out the excess oil from the can of tuna. Mix the tuna with 2 tablespoons of whole yoghurt and blend well until smooth. Do not do this in a food processor as it will become too runny. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Chop the pickles and capers very finely and mix them with the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
Toast the sandwiches.
