VITELLO TOSTADO
- Pour out the excess oil from the can of tuna. Mix the tuna with 2 tablespoons of whole yoghurt and blend well until smooth. Do not do this in a food processor as it will become too runny. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Chop the pickles and capers very finely and mix them with the yoghurt and mayonnaise.
- Toast the sandwiches.
