CLUB SANDWICH

  • Boil the egg for about 6 minutes until hard.
  • Cut the cucumber, tomato and egg into small pieces and mix them with the mayo, yoghurt and salt and pepper. (This prevents the vegetables from drying out)
  • Spread 1 slice with this vegetable-egg spread. Place the chicken breast on top.

  • Poke hearts out of sandwiches with a biscuit cutter and make toast (with jam), or sandwiches with salmon, ham/cheese, cucumber, avocado, cream cheese... Make it up as you go along.
